Covered Equity Finance, Equity Synthetics (Equity swaps) and Cash Prime Broker products for Asia with teams in Japan, Hong Kong and Mumbai (a little over 20 people).* Setup of local Middle Office support; involving redeploying Prime Broker Middle Office responsibilities from London; as part of this process we also moved 50% of the headcount to Mumbai (saving ~350k / year fully loaded costs).* Operationally in charge of the roll-out of Nomura Asia’s Cash Prime Brokerage product.
