Currento Building strong relationship with the Customers and set up action plans for developing business and enhancement of Customer satisfaction.o Managing existing client needs regarding service, trading, problem resolution and processing issues.o Identifying, qualifying, and developing Business opportunities to achieve growth and enhancement of profitability goals.o Exploring potential Partners and developing partnership agreements to enter in new profitability Markets.o Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for countries in support of regional objectives.o Set up targeted appointments to address client needs related to products and services.o corrective action to restore functionality through help desk system by providing support for any recurring problems and issues with systems on a day-to- day basis.o Following-up the project during the implementation phase in coordination with Project Teams.o Managing customer relationship and maintaining the company’s image.
