ExperienceFeb 2008 – Present. Project Engineer, ES3• Conduct basic and applied research to evaluate adaptability of materials and equipment to aircraft design and manufacture.• Developed specifications for new technologies including LHE Zn-Ni plating (AF DWG 201027456 & AF DWG 201027457), Belt Grinding of HSS and Coatings (AF DWG 20141064) and Coatings, and Magnetron Sputtering if Aluminum ID’s (AF DWG 20157831).• FEA analysis using both Pro-E and Solid Works to assist in stress analysis and develop associated technical data.• Analysis in aluminum sputtered coatings used primarily for restoration of internal dimensional tolerances of aluminum landing gear cylinders.• Developed production prototype Magnetron Sputtering Systems (MSS) for restoration of internal dimensions for aluminum landing gear outer cylinders• Run simulations using both ELSYCA and Venus to develop prototype fixturing for plating HSS landing gear components using custom fixturing and anodes.

Worked on various systems from suspension, engine, transmission, electrical and wheel and brakes. Performed numerous engine/transmission R&R for local body shops so they could repair and replace frame structures as needed.
