Field Support Officer
Current• Coordinate support of technical applications for employees in offices and at projects in the field throughout the Americas region.• Assist in maintaining computer hardware and software inventory, obtain appropriate approvals for software and hardware acquisition and liaise with IS&T global software management team.• Liaise with help desk, IS&T and vendors to ensure users calls are resolved according to business requirements• Liaise with IT Groups to arrange all testing resources locally required for future system upgrades and provide feedback of findings for network (LAN/WAN) and server equipment. • Support the application subject matter experts on a timely basis with any issues that may arise within their application suite• Setup satellite systems for network communications in remote locations.
