ADA and Civil Rights Compliance monitoring and support for offices receiving funding to provide services to the general public through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Supporting individuals receiving WIOA services with any questions or complaints they have.

Referred members of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to Vocational Rehabilitation for employment services. Provided information and consulted with Support Coordinators with DDD about the employment services that DDD provides. Provided employment services support and monitored services being provided in my district to ensure they were being provided properly and up to Division standards and expectations.

During my time working with this company I worked directly with individuals receiving vocational services through both the State of Arizona Vocational Rehabilitation Division of the Department of Economic Security and the Regional Behavioral Health Authority in Maricopa County. I worked as both an onsite Employment Specialist/Job Coach working with individuals while they perform their job and as a Senior Employment Specialist/Job Developer helping individuals to find jobs with resume writing, interview skills, community outreach and marketing to companies on behalf of individuals in my case load. I marketed to employers about the services the company provided to create more employment opportunities for the individuals I served. In addition, I provided career exploration services to individuals as well as supported education services.
