I have a proven track record of closing successful deals, working with a diverse range of investors, owners, and lenders across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi.Prior to joining Berkadia, I worked in Fixed Income Capital Markets and owned a residential construction company. I am able to leverage my construction background when estimating rehab costs on deferred maintenance and capital expenditures. Having actual hands-on experience in many skilled trades such as: frame carpentry, finish carpentry, flooring, tile work, plumbing, electrical, dirt work, and roofing, I am able to advise clients on repairs, finding the source of problems, and the best routes to resolve them.I have held a Private Pilots License for over 10 years, and am a passionate outdoorsman.
