Built the IT Requirements Management program supporting the Army National Guard. Developed detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for how projects are conceptualized and initiated within the ARNG. Collaborated with the ARNG and supporting engineers to develop acceptable requirements for future projects. Established criteria for differentiating between a supported project and operational activity which effectively reduced the number of required resources to fully complete an ARNG supported initiative. Oversaw coordination and execution of operational activities while providing frequent status updates to the ARNG and other interested parties. Conducted assessments of software tools utilized by the ARNG to eliminate duplicative tools and ultimately eliminate unnecessary costs. Worked alongside technical teams to present tool recommendations to the ARNG to enhance network operations and service desk capabilities. Developed method to calculate metrics for customer agreed upon service level objectives.
