-Increased student membership sales after first month on the job -Improving daily usage rates among current members throughout the semester-Evaluating, scheduling, managing, and monitoring the performance of 8 route setters on a weekly basis-Designing an organization and tracking system for an inventory of over 10,000 climbing holds that maximizes ease of access and efficiency -Creating and regulating climbing routes in a 7,000 square foot facility that continually keep clients satisfied-Formulating candidate lists, interviewing, and helping hire multiple new employees throughout the term

Fully qualified facilitator that worked with groups ranging from 5 to 150 people on CU's innovative challenge course. By using experiential team-building techniques, and conducting trust building activities, we taught groups how to become a stronger unit and improve their interpersonal communication, all in an exhilarating and memorable way. I was responsible for facilitating this experience as well as the safety of climbers on our high ropes course. As a belayer, I was the primary lifeline for participants who were 35 feet in the air and had to ensure they trusted me with their safety.

-Coordinated and facilitated multi-day wilderness trips for 100 new college students prior to the start of term-Utilized database management to track every participant’s payment, medical information, and registration paperwork-Responsible for safely transporting students across hundreds of miles while staying on a tight schedule -Scheduled and led regular status meetings with fellow trip leaders to ensure optimal performance -Conducted presentations and Q&A sessions on sustainability and succeeding in college to all 100 students

-Directed multiple hour-long presentations for 50 – 100 new students which provided information about succeeding in college and finding/utilizing the vast amount of resources available across campus-Planned evening activities for 500 new students that stimulated social interaction and team building-Served as an informational resource for students with questions about classes or college in general-Facilitated the transport of 500 students to several different locations across the campus
