This includes liaising with the departments to extract their business requirements and implement processes and solutions to meet these needs, while also working with various contractors and civil supervisors to strategically prioritise inspection campaigns based on up to date data and in accordance with the organisations strategic plan.I was responsible for the management and operation of the pavement management system, including the predictive modelling of deterioration and generation of future works programs with the input of the civil operations team. This involved transforming and collating the collected road survey data for import, and reviewing and analysing it to produce reports and dashboards to inform the Council and produce the 5 year reseal program. In order to address a requirement for more efficient use of resources in our stormwater inspection campaign, I developed a spatial risk-based model of the stormwater pipe network. This took into account environmental factors, the construction and structural data of the pipe, land usage, and preliminary pipe surveys to identify key hotspots for risk of pipe or pit failure, visualising these risks overlaid as a heat map over the network in order to better prioritise inspection campaigns.I operated as works liaison for the council's Disaster Management Group, and as part of this role I undertook a project to update and implement the disaster information collection process for the National Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements to reflect new legislation and ensure Council would obtain it's correct disaster funding. I went on to present this process at the Technology One user group conference in Sydney in 2017 Show less
