I was a key stakeholder in the initiation of new digital projects helping to refine the business cases and run impact assessments aligned with the ecommerce and wider B&Q business plan. I also ran a small works programme which managed £250K of change annually.

My role was to I worked closely with the technical teams to help to ensure B&Q business interests were met with regards to incident management, service improvements, platform maintenance and code deployments. I helped to drive standards and create guidelines for the business and the support teams to follow. I also performed proactive monitoring of our web presence using industry leading monitoring tools, web analytics and customer feedback channels. I was also involved with scoping new technologies and developing new solutions.
