Responsible for activity-based costing business intelligence and analysis. Duties include system documentation, enhancements and redesign, make vs buy analyses, and cost assignment network design.

One of several experts on Publix's learning management system known as Learning. Daily tasks include data warehouse querying and reporting. I overhauled these processes by automating 95% of routine report distribution with Excel/Access/VBA/SQL/Outlook/Sharepoint and by developing Access databases to eliminate redundant processes and deliver self-serve business intelligence to colleagues across departments.

As a tenured professor, I currently teach Music Theory I & II, Intro to Music Literature, Music Technology, Class Piano, and Applied Piano. I have also taught Voice Class in the past, and accompany and coach our vocal and instrumental students for their performances. Until this year I have served as the sponsor for our collegiate chapter of National Association for Music Education and since 2009 I have served as the Chair of the Life Enrichment Committee (for our current schedule see http://www.floridacollege.edu/life-enrichment). Also, in continuing my own professional development, I am studying the Taubman approach to piano technique, for applications in performance and teaching, with Robert Durso, Senior Director of the Golandsky Institute. The Taubman work is a body of knowledge which explains the coordinated movements needed for a brilliant and physically effortless virtuosity in any piece or passage, and I can personally attest to its effectiveness.In addition to my faculty roles, I am working part-time for Florida College as an academic advisor for our the Advising Office, and also doing part-time work designing technology solutions for data extraction and reporting.
