● Working on expanding a lithium project expanding the mine, erecting steel structures as well as vendor equipment including and not limited to thickeners, a ball mill and filter press● Perform duel lifts and mathematical assessments● Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings and confined spaces using chain falls, gin poles and gallows frames● Complete work safely using elevated work platforms and man cages as required ensuring work area is clean and clear of any hazards and erecting barricading around drop zones● Lifting and placing scaffolding equipment● Working alongside crane operators, participating in positive communication regarding correct positioning and lifting, using correct hand signals when performing dogging duties● Undertake scabbling concrete works● Working safely within confined spaces● Assisting other trades with any duties as required● Conduct daily equipment prestart inspections, reporting any maintenance issues immediately and tagging out unsafe equipment
