I am working with a small team of software developers who are developing a website to help BT with the automating the process of connectivity between on-site infrastructure.

To teach the swimmers the key point on how to swim using the Institute of Swimming. Using a fun-based learning style to engage the swimmers to make sure the come back to learn more. Observing the swimmers to see where they need to improve and providing tailored lesson to maximise the small learning time provided per week. Issuing awards upon completion to show the swimmers that they are making progress in the learning.

To ensure the the site run smoothly and efficiently by preforming changes of swim and sporting equipment within limited timeframe, thorough cleaning of changing areas on tight turnaround to customer satisfaction, keeping everyone in the pool area safe by enforcing the pool rules while at the same time being friendly and approachable to the customers and responding to any queries within our knowledge while not endangering the public. Respond to any first aid calls, often acting as first responders to any accidents and having a duty to deliver the care we are permitted to give according to national pool lifeguard qualification guidelines.
