This company specialises in arboriculture reports relating to home insurance claims. My responsibilities in this role were to track and upload claims to the internal system, liaise with local authorities to acquire TPO documentation, talk to clients regarding issues with claims, develop timing sheets to find bottlenecks in internal processing. In this roll I honed my Microsoft skills (especially Excel) and had experience of working in an office environment. I also developed my interpersonal skills as I had the opportunity to address both clients and local authorities by phone/email.
