For over 10 years, DojoGroup has been a benchmark in the field of economic and social innovation. I joined Dojo as an investor and a partner working for DojoBoost, the accelerator of the ecosystem.My role at Dojo was to :- develop the links of the group with the VC community through the organization of regular events between investors and startup founders (lunches, presentations, pitch sessions...) - select the startups allowed to join the accelerator, by being part of the selection board- help early stage founders reach their Product Market fit as well as their People Mission fit by helping them identifying, focusing on and optimising their core product through the use of external and internal designed tools, - identify the sources of funding applying to the startups according to their market and maturity profiles- participate to internal & external events organization: VivaTech, Axis Cap Digitale, France Digitale Day etc.

We provided advisory services to professional investors (hedge funds, fund management companies, family offices etc).My role at Notus Capital was to identify investment opportunities in the Pan-European financial subordinated debt sector, covering Tier 1 (old style T1 and new Cocos AT1) and Tier 2 instruments.This included:- analysing countries' and issuers' situation: sovereign situation, balance sheet, regulatory scrutiny, brokers' research...- analysing legal language of the prospectuses- closely analysing prices and yields (quantitative analysis and relative value benchmarking on more than 700 issuances)- writing investment recommendations personalised for our customers' profile- following up our customers' hybrid debt portfolio performance to update our Buy/Sell recommendations

Albion Asset Management was a market neutral hedge fund specialising in Closed End Fund Arbitrage. The aim of the fund is to trade the volatility of the discount / premium of closed end funds.My main responsibilities were:- Trading: negotiating with brokers via telephone and Bloomberg, electronic trading via order rooting system TradeSmart, hedging closed end funds positions using stocks, ETFs, futures and FX- Evaluating investment opportunities: researching new trading ideas in conjunction with CIO, updating portfolio management models, back-testing hedges, adjusting buy/sell targets- Maintenance and optimization of trading tools: built database to evaluate CEF NAV tracking error, automation of links between front and back office using VBA and SQL- Middle and back office: input of daily transactions into portfolio management system Tradar, trade reconciliation with prime broker, updating internal P&L calculation models with data from prime broker and administrator
