Helped build a custom-built houseboat from the manufacture of pontoon hulls to completion. Used resin infusion to create hulls. Retro-fitted hulls. Performed warehouse overhead. Sanded and finished wood frames. Installed windows and hardwood flooring. Worked with a team and as a team.- Worked in all areas of the construction of a custom-built houseboat from start to finish. Helped manufacture, then load all components onto large flatbed semi trailers for shipment to boatyard in New Jersey. Traveled across U.S. to New Jersey to construct the houseboat on-site. - Constructed sheet metal houseboat roofs. Designed a process to remove paint from inside hulls instead of forceful scraping. The process consisted of using acetone and layering large plastic sheets to evenly distribute the acetone which would then be lightly moved and scraped with a push-broom. This was very effective and saved the team a multitude of hours and labor.
