During 3 years, I have organized meeting and promotion of ISEN in highschool.In 2010-11 I was responsible for the North Region where the school is located. It is the biggest region in term of recruitment for ISEN. With Christophe, we covered 42 events between October and April.

Participation à la mission de réingénierie d'une équipe d'ouvrier en feux continus (travail posté).Cette mission m'a été confiée par le Directeur des ressources humaines de la Cokerie. Ce travail avait pour but d'étudier le fonctionnement des équipes de production de la Cokerie afin de proposer un réaménagement des taches et de simplifier les processus lors des différentes mesures de qualité.

Mon rôle consistait à encadrer un groupe d'enfants de 5 ans. Cet emploi a été effectué dans le cadre du stage de 1ère année ISEN, il vise à nous mettre en contact avec le monde du travail. D'un point de vue pédagogique c'est également une mise en pratique des cours de Formation Humaine, expression orale, gestion de la hiérarchie, positionnement dans une structure de travail.
