Semester long internship at the 5 star, student run fine dining restaurant with a la carte, French and Russian service techniques. Rotations included various positions in the front and back of the house with duties including table setup and maintenance, flawless service, extensive menu knowledge, and team leadership. As well as Back of House.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a full-service 300 seat dining hall including the delivery of three meals a day for a seven-week summer program to campers and staff. Also oversaw the training and direction of a 30-camper waitstaff and acted as a primary supervisor over waitstaff both on an off campus monitoring their activities.

Participated in a rotational program to better understand the fundamentals of club management, training under the Food and Beverage Manager and the Executive Chef at an exclusive country club with 250 members. Assisted in daily tasks including taking inventory, food running and catering set up
