Responsible for delivering against the global potential Cboe Australia presents to the local market.

As a member of the NZX executive committee, reporting to the CEO, I manage NZX’s secondary markets and the development of its cash and derivatives products and market structure. This includes the management of relationships at multiple levels across New Zealand's Exchange, accredited Participants, connected third party brokers, custodians, registries and institutional investors.In addition my role includes management and oversight of NZX’s capital markets and energy business operations, including the clearing houses that support each business. In the execution of these duties I also perform as Executive Director for the New Zealand Clearing and Depository Corporation Limited (NZCDC), New Zealand Depository Nominee Limited (NZDN) and the Energy Clearing House (ECH).

As a senior leader of the NZX this role leads the Markets & Operations functions of NZX. These include Participant Relationships, Market Data & Connectivity, Issuer Management, and NZX Clearing, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand designated settlement system. My team is responsible for the real-time operations and client support for NZX’s capital markets. The role ensures the smooth running of the markets by prioritising accuracy, efficiency and service. I provide leadership, strategy and support to the team in dealing with changing market conditions.It includes the COO & Head of Risk role for NZX Clearing, which include specific regulatory responsibilities.

The Clearing House (CCP) and Central Securities Depository (CSD) are core market infrastructures that support the New Zealand capital markets. This role is central to the secure and orderly operations of these infrastructures that form NZX Clearing’s designated settlement system, NZCDC. Success in this role has been achieved through clear and strong leadership of key team leaders/managers that deliver day-to-day settlement operations and ongoing risk management. Further the role requires tight stakeholder management of external regulators and the NZCDC Board.

NZX Clearing operates a Central Counterparty (CCP) Clearing House and Securities Depository. The Clearing House ensures the orderly settlement of all on-market trades. It clears all trades made on the NZX Main Board, NZX Alternative Board, NZX Debt Market, NXT and Derivatives markets, as well as the Fonterra Shareholders' Market. The Securities Depository provides Participants with efficient settlement of on and off-market trades, securities safekeeping services and offers Participants a securities lending facility.The Clearing House and Securities Depository are essential infrastructure for New Zealand's capital and financial markets. NZX Clearing safeguards market integrity by fulfilling the industry's need for stable infrastructure built around the primary task of clearing and settling on-market trades.

ECH is the electricity-market operation service provider responsible for ensuring that market participants pay or are paid the correct amount for the electricity they generated or consumed during the previous month. ECH also manages the prudential security requirements of participants, intended to ensure payers can meet their obligations in the market. ECH is a wholly owned subsidiary of NZX.

Regulatory role responsible for the oversight and management of New Zealand's Central Counter Party (CCP) clearing house.

This role was responsible for developing and delivering solutions, processes and operating models from scratch that result in functioning online retail broking business. In addition to vendor management, achievement in this role required close stakeholder engagement and relationship management at senior levels across Citi's internal business units including; Institutional Execution, Settlement and Custody Services and Legal & Compliance.

Responsible for managing and growing the Wholesale Broking Services business. This role has P/L ownership for Wholesale Broking Services and the scope of the role includes management oversight of all facets of the E*TRADE Wholesale Broking Services product including: product/platform, strategy, relationship management and sales.
