• Defining and implementing the testing strategy for the engineering team establishing high standards (including zero outages) that our director started taking these standards for granted
• Reducing the team’s tech debt by at least 50% of issues and provided automated testing support
• Organizing and executing Disaster Recovery Testing for team and end users, improving reliability
• Led the work of a team of vendors performing manual testing for two major products and maintained stability for the engineering team without exposing the churn within the vendor team and with zero launches delayed for QA

• As the EngProd Lead for the Docs & Drive Security & Privacy team:
• Created and drove a Threat Modeling initiative in Google Apps that resulted in security lock-downs across 20+ engineering teams with at least 250-300 engineers. Program was then expanded to all of Google through.
• Collaborated on developing a thorough Apps Migration checklist to reduce risk of migration mishaps, and ensure engineering teams can migrate responsibly and effectively without delays
• Identified areas of security & privacy pitfalls for 20+ engineering teams within Google Apps and fostered maturity of prevention posture which led to efficient mandatory security & privacy reviews for feature launches
• Implemented automated tests and monitoring for end-to-end authorization testing validating ACLs and policy functionality in Docs and Drive and related subsystems (also mentored two interns working on this)
