About Benjamin Plesic

I am a unique and diverse professional with a skill set of which combines artistic, business, and culinary knowledge that is invaluable to any organization. I am originally from Hanover, Pennsylvania. I attended Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania from 1998-2002 where I received bachelors degrees in music composition, jazz studies on saxophone, and philosophy. I am an active composer/arranger of chamber and symphonic music and film scores. I compose and arrange music for a vast array of ensembles. As both a composer and performer, I have experience with live performance, recording techniques, and many software platforms including Finale, Live, Logic, and Reason. I obtained a master of business administration degree in 2011. I have gained execution and management experience in both the business and culinary fields. The specific areas of my culinary expertise are garde manager, charcuterie, butchery, and smoking.
