Focusing on Tooling for welding equipmentResponsible for customer teams from France and America- Lead on project with final destination in Czech, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy and North America- Design of tools according to customer specifications- Coordination of different departments in the fields of occupational safety, mechanics, electrical engineering and design - Calculation and cost estimation with internally developed standard modules - Tracking of costs and their monitoring and compliance - Accompaniment of the introduction of an ERP system (SAP) as KeyUser in engineering and others as well as contact for external consultants

Responsible for exhaust systems in the sub-area Caning technology in production- Development of manufacturing equipment (caning machines) with machine supplier- Development and improvement of tools for special Machines (sheet metal forming and punching)- Product support from design phase and coordination with project team regarding production and feasibility- Maintenance and creation of product data in SAP (material master data, routings, BOMs, work instructions)- PPAP acceptance with OEM- Management of industrialization in the production plant- Keyuser for SAP in MM- Accompaniment of the introduction of Faurecia Core System (FCS)- Preparation of training documents and their instruction
