Technical portfolio includes software development, cybersecurity, data science, optical and RF sensing, and enterprise architecture and design.

Accountable for technical quality and personnel leadership for a department of ~70 engineers. My portfolio included optical and radar system development and sustainment, command center software development, and modeling and simulation.

Co-Leader of a department of ~50 engineers. Technical lead for systems engineering and cyber security architecture of the Joint STARS Recap aircraft development, a flying command center and sensor platform to process, fuse, and exploit massive amounts of battlefield data.

Hands-on leader for development of modeling and simulation software to analyse USAF aircraft and radar concepts.

Agile product owner and technical requirements lead for the development of a web-based data fusion and decision environment. Led a team of 8 software developers from system concept through deployment.
