• Project Superintendent of an $11 million project from start to finish including all necessary close out requirements. Two shell buildings totaling 30,000 square feet, including all civil work. A 3,500 square feet restaurant build-out, Habit Burger Grill, and an 8,500 ground up with patio standalone Twin Peaks.• Digitally archived daily, weekly progress, and technical “Knowledge Base” photographs of all assigned projects into Procore.• Prepared and followed through on all required punch lists.• Worked directly with the building department. Due to the complex nature of this project there were several individual permits required, established a good relationship with the city building departments and inspectors.• Scheduled and carried out all inspections with city inspectors.
