In charge of all aspects of the box office during the season, including online ticket sales, phone and walk up ticket sales and game day ticket sales. Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all fans and ensuring all game day box office employees provide the same level of service. Also responsible for reconciling all online, phone/walk up and game day ticket sales. Responsibilities as Head Money Room Counter included reconciling all cash and credit card transactions that take place each game at the box office, gift shop, amusements area and parking lot.
