Like many Airline pilots I have been a professional pilot for my entire adult working life and I feel very privileged and fortunate to be in my position. I find the world of aviation and flying in particular to be compelling for all of the usual reasons that are typically listed ad nauseam, however I glean just as much satisfaction and enjoyment from the personal interactions that the role affords. I am fortunate to possess a personality that thrives in the presence and company of others and aviation affords a very interesting and disparate group of individuals, the variety of which would be hard to find elsewhere. I work hard, apply myself to the task at hand and have a sense of humour. My ability to adjust to the personality of others to achieve a harmonious, productive environment has always stood me in good stead. I have extensive experience in flight instruction at all levels from ab-initio to jet flight with my general aviation career spanning training, charter, survey, corporate jet and airline flying. Outside of aviation, I have a keen interest in mechanics and am also interested in and adept with computers, electronics and music. I am active and outgoing and try to take advantage of all opportunities.Life may take you where it will, however I will always look forward to continuing my career in aviation.
