Directly accountable for designing, developing and deploying marketing materials, creating bra+ awareness, managing all existing and new technologies/systems and leading a team of 10 office personnel and 10+ sales agents.• Serve as a key strategist for designing and developing integrated marketing and brand initiatives from scratch in order to drive nation-wide recognition, increase new business and achieve revenue objectives.• Develop marketing and branding materials such as website/web content, business cards, stationary, SEO content, flyers, press releases, brochures, photography and virtual tours.• Create and manage content for 100+ social media profiles, including all agent and residence pages; social media profiles include industry specific platforms, Trulia and Zillow.• Manage listing distribution tasks, including generating MLS data and administering lead capture system, with expertise in MLS Fusion and Matrix.• Continuously implement new, interactive and valuable ways to use technology to promote the company, properties and agents, combining marketing and IT expertise.• Direct all IT functions; manage, analyze, implement and maintain network security and systems; instrumental in selecting and implementing CRMs (Top Producer), hosting services, 3rd party lead management systems, email, firewalls, anti-virus, telephony systems and document management systems.• Developed website from the ground up; handled graphic design, programming on WordPress, PHP and JavaScript programming and integration of IDX systems into website to generate MLS data.• Oversee all on-boarding/off-boarding of employees/agents; set-up user accounts, order business cards, administer computers and provide training of all technology, applications and systems.
