I am a recent LLB graduate from City, University of London, with a foundation degree in Law and International Relations from King's College London. I am also a candidate for the New York Bar in February 2024. I have always wanted to unravel the complexities and intricacies of the law, particularly with commercial and intellectual property law. My dedication to pursuing a career in law reflects my genuine passion for exploring the intersections between law and business. As a volunteer, I conducted legal research, created attendance notes, and drafted legal documents for clients facing issues such as benefit appeals, housing disrepair, and homelessness. I developed skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and communication as I worked with a diverse and supportive team of solicitors, caseworkers, and fellow volunteers. I also gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of the legal sector, and how I can contribute to making a positive difference in the lives of people in need.
