Area Director Of Operations
CurrentArea Director of Operations is responsible for developing and overseeing areawide patient care and operational support to teams consistent with the permitted scope of practice and in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. This oversight also includes having the authorization for or direct input on talent acquisition, development, and management of staff growth within their respective role. Teaching and leading operational successes through clinical best practice outcomes while expanding overall access to comprehensive clinical care to our seniors is the goal of the role.
