In 2008, I transferred from Massachusetts to Iowa as a Distributions Manger to a Project Manager to oversee projects designed to automate Aviva USA’s (now Athene) distribution center, creating cost saving solutions and implementing corporate policy change pertaining to new systems and software. Between 2008 to 2013, I lead the charge in several key projects, both long and short term. During this time, I worked directly with sales representatives, contracted and non- contracted, across the US to ensure organizational goals were met within each fiscal year. Moreover, I proposed several additional projects to the Board of Directors, negotiated and locked essential contracts with vendors and created new employee roles and responsibilities within Operations and other departments. All projects were a success with a cost savings of over five-hundred thousand annually. These processes are still used today
