At Connect IB I was responsible for improving test processes and planning. I had begun to integrate a system of exploratory and functional testing, dependent on context driven principles.The systems developed by Connect IB are web based configuration tools, large touch-screen applications and mobile (IOS and Android) applications. Adapting to a wide range of varied applications challenged my heuristics and test skill sets.I worked as an effective member of the test team, which had introduced me to intensive application of automated test tools.

At Computershare my role as a Customer Service Representative started as administration in a mail room role.Primarily I worked on the scanning equipment, where my KPI's were above average and I was deemed very efficient. In August 2006, a new position was open within the scanning team which I was nominated for.The role was expanded to include advanced software configuration, hardware/software integration usage and testing, and graphical to data definition.My role therefore became less about scanning KPI's and more about setting up new scanning forms. In terms of configuration I had to use the scanning graphical elements to select where the data would be obtained from.I also advised the form graphic designers where the required elements should be placed, and assisted the project managers on how the process would be undertook for our department.
