I concentrate my practice in the areas of closely held business, tax-exempt organizations and mergers and acquisitions. Over the past decade I have also developed a niche practice in cannabis law, representing dozens of cultivation, manufacturing and retail clients throughout New England. Prior to joining PLDO, I acted as in-house counsel to a hospitality and real estate development corporation and its affiliated entities with corporate offices in Newport, Rhode Island. Out of law school, I was an associate attorney for a Rhode Island-based construction and engineering litigation firm representing multinational and U.S. contractor corporations.I earned my Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law and my undergraduate degree from Providence College.
