CurrentAs the Global Customer Education Lead for Skedulo, my role is to strategically plan, build and execute the companies customer education program. This company initiative aims to empower customer stakeholders to become subject matter experts through curated learning pathways and outcome driven online learning. My 3 year strategic plan will enable the company with increased customer retention, upsell and cross sell opportunities, higher product adoption, NPS and customer ROI.
