Hello! My name is Benjamin Rausch and I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. I am a focused and goal oriented worker, and I always strive to put my best effort into the work and responsibilities I am tasked to handle. I have earned my high school diploma, and while I don't have any job experience, my time in extra curricular activities have given me skills I believe to be vital and essential as an employee. Through my extra curriculars as a music and document organizer in a competitive marching band and a member of the music honor society Tri-M, I have gained experience with sorting and organizing documents and information so that they can be accessed and removed in a timely and efficient manner, as well as the drive and commitment to making a change in my community and the energy needed to earn my place in areas I am interested in. Overall, I am a person who strives to avoid conflict by communicating and initiating a constructive dialogue in the workplace while doing my absolute best to help those with their tasks while completing my own.
