Ben began his career with the Kraft Sports Group in business development, marketing and player relations for the Patriots, Revolution, and Gillette Stadium. He primarily served as liaison for the front office, athletes, business partners and charities. While at the Kraft Sports Group, Ben became a licensed salesperson and has generated greater than $75m in real estate transactions.In 2008 Ben left the Kraft Sports Group to manage Tom Brady and work close with Gisele Bundchen. After 15+ years of working together and millions in deals under his belt, the relationship with Tom and Gisele extends far beyond the boardroom. Ben is a trusted advisor and friend. He touches all aspects of Tom’s businesses and is a strong gatekeeper for Tom. A big focus of Ben is Tom’s creative studio, Shadow Lion, where he is a partner and supports through business development. Ben continues to build Raised BAR Ventures, specializing in representing sports/entertainment talent and companies with marketing and brand engineering. Its services also include raising capital and incubating a select group of companies.Outside Ben's "day job" he is focused on expanding Playing Field, a private community for the highest achievers in the world.Ben graduated from Elon University and lives in the Boston area.
