I have so far had an extensive and prosperous working life, within the agricultural industry for around 10 years, then taking a big leap into the unknown by starting my career within construction, demolition and attachment sales in November 2023Starting my working life within the agricultural industry from a young age has ultimately led to where I am now and is the only reason I have the skills and experience I do now, skills that are impossible to learn from a book. Working on various farms as much as possible, it was a natural progression onto an Agricultural Business Management L4 Apprenticeship after sixth form to continue the practical work alongside studying the legal and data driven side of the industry, getting me to a level where I am competent in managing and progressing an agricultural business, such as producing fully costed business proposals for diversified and non-diversified agricultural businesses. I finished my time on a diversified agricultural business as Assistant Farm Manager, having a poultry enterprise alongside a large farm park employing over 50 staff, this had its own challenges but, it was a great experience and I will always feel like part of the furniture. I started at Robustrack in November 2023 as a Sales and Technical Representative which I feel was a natural progression in my career with an interest in machinery but, taking that leap into a new sector! Being able to transfer a lot of skills and knowledge has helped me greatly in culturing a solid customer base and dealer network, quickly selling the high-quality Italian attachments nationally and internationally. I can get behind Robustrack's ethos of selling high quality attachments, with a key focus on after sales and customer support, coming from an industry who relies on machinery being fit for purpose this is non-negotiable. Robustrack is progressing in the industry, fast becoming a leader in the market, recently taking on the Laurini agency in the UK which is an exciting time for this Yorkshire/Cumbria based business.
