I am the night shift lead Line Cook at the (209) bar & kitchen located inside the Chicken Ranch Casino Resort, I make sure the foods/dishes are prepared to the perfect quality and presentation before served, when the sous chef or head chef are not present or are gone I am the acting sous chef/head chef I do my job to the highest standards and performance of skills I teach and train the line cooks and new cooks, I do the sous chef job duties such as inventory count & prep lists for the week/weeks, I also help with whatever I can as far as my job title allows me too such as helping with situations that requires Disciplinary actions.
