Cunova Service USA designs, manufactures and refurbishes caster mold and segment components along with other critical parts that are used to manufacture steel.At our Vertical Seal Company plant located in Pleasantville, Pennsylvania, we offer new and reconditioned customized parts including babbitt bearing bushings, keyed and keyless sleeves for the steel industries, finished trunnion support bearings which are babbitted, machined, and ready for use at power plants, inboard and outboard retainer rings, chock inspections and repairs, along with the manufacturing of gib blocks just to name a few.
