“Sunwing Contract” Responsible for the oversight of my crew (3-5 ramp agents) before, during, and after our flights. Delegate tasks to ramp agents such as; refilling potable water, bringing up gate checked baggage, plug in GPU, cone and chock the aircraft etc. “Stage” the arrival gate for inbound flights. This includes setting up belt loaders, ensuring adequate number of carts are present, setting chocks on proper stop line for aircraft type, ensuring cones are present at the gate, a push tug and tow bar for outbound flight is ready etc. Unload baggage in a timely fashion, as well as load baggage properly, ensuring weight and balance of the aircraft is kept well within its limits. Any other duties assigned to me.

Aid upper managment in writing an operations manual, emergency response plan, environmental management plan, and training manual. Manage job postings and applicants, participate in interviews. Coordinate with companies both on and off the field to help put the fuelling operation into motion (eg. obtaining gps, radios, fuel containment berms etc). Fuel aircraft with Jet A-1 and Avgas 100LL. Preform daily quality assurance tests on the fuel. Drive both 3k and 5k fuel trucks from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport to Downsview Airport when required. Drive 3k and 5k fuel trucks to various other sites for fuel deliveries, such as Kingston and Oshawa. Keep accurate driver logs compliant with MTO regulations. Preform regular Ramp Agent duties when required. Train new staff on marshalling, aircraft towing, proper aircraft tie down and more. Preform a number of other duties as required.

“WestJet Contract”Oversee a crew of 3 to 5 agents. Push back flights (B737 & Q400) from a variety of gates. "Stage" the arrival gate with baggage carts, chalks, cones, belt loader and push-tug prior to flights/ perform pre-arrival and pre-departure walk arounds and FOD walks. operate a wide variety of specialized equipment. Load all flgihts according to load sheets and call Central Load Control for the final numbers of bags and cargo for departures. Assign duties to other members of the crew, assure the saftey of crew members the aircraft and anyone else who may be present while leading a flight. Lift up to 200 passenger bags per flight (10-70lbs per bag).

Perform daily fuel truck inspections including fuel quality testing. Fuel aircraft with Avgas 100LL and Jet A-1. Frequently lifting up to 80 lbs. Tow aircraft with a lectro cart. Marshall aircraft and helicopters. Maintain a clean and tidy ramp area. Provide "red carpet" treatment for all inbound and outbound flights. Keep and update logs on all aircraft serviced. Perform flight following for two company DC-3T aircraft as well as a Falcon 10 while on survey, medevac and charter flights. Handle/log/file documents and fuel receipts, these include; invoices, flight following trip logs, fuel sale tickets and fuel truck fill (bulk) receipts. Operate a forklift on a daily basis, reaching pallets located on 15 ft + tall shelves. As well as moving parts around tight spaces in the hangar for maintenance.

Perform daily quality checks of Avgas 100LL and Jet A-1 fuel, log all fuel sales as well as process payments. Fuel a wide variety of aircraft ranging from small Cessna 150s to large corporate aircraft such as a Challenger 300. Perform baggage handling duties for several scheduled Air Canada (Air Georgian and Jazz) flights daily, as well as fuel the aircraft (B1900D and Dash 8-100/300). Frequently lift up to 80 lbs and occasionally up to 200 lbs with assistance. Marshall aircraft into and out of the gate and tow a variety of aircraft into and out of hangars on a daily basis.
