I was selected as 1 of 3 individuals to establish a Nuclear Quality Assessment team at Fermi. My role has been to observe and interact with departments and Organizational Unit Heads on a frequent basis to assist in performance improvement and establishment of high standards. The Assessments team has been benchmarked by the industry peers several times. The Assessment Team programs and communications have been recognized by INPO as industry leading initiatives.

I was recruited by Fermi to assist in implementing industry changes in Radiation Protection qualifications based on NEI's Red Efficiency Bulletin 17-01. I aligned and streamlined the task tracking and qualification to meet industry standards, while maintaining unique station requirements and needs. I set up tracking matrices and developed methods for automatic communication of progress, deficiencies and upcoming needs that allowed departments to take proactive actions. I headed projects aimed at improving overall rigor in station performance for long term sustainability.
