I gained experiences with sorting/receiving mail and directing visitors as well as in making courtesy calls to alumni, students, faculty, community members, etc.. I would cultivate relationships with donors & staff by providing a welcoming environment. I learn and stay current with VIPs (People, Places, Things) locations and schedules around the administrative offices at USF. I respond to all inquiries in a polite and timely manner and I would complete basic data entry and sorting (using Excel and GoogleDocs). I report IT and maintenance issues to the appropriate department and I maintain an organized inventory of office supplies and kitchen supplies. I coordinate and schedule meetings (using Zoom, Google Calendar, and other programs) as well as manage tasks using project management and communication tools (like Asana or Slack). I am often times assisting other departments with special projects (such as mailing, research, or events) and, of course, I perform other related duties as they are assigned. Show less
