EDN.fr is the French leader in medical student training for the 6th-year exam. The offered service allows students to have a revision platform for their exam preparation. Founded over 10 years ago, more than 200,000 students now have an account on the platform. The company is also established in Spain and Italy.I joined the back-end team in 2022 to develop the API for version 2 of the application. The old version, being over 10 years old, was becoming difficult to maintain due to its aging code. This was a colossal project that on average involved 5 full-time developers.During my mission, I had to understand the relatively complex business logic of the project, while taking into account performance issues related to the significant amount of simultaneous users. Thanks to its various subsidiaries, the company supports hundreds of children each year in their trips abroad. APEX Education sends several hundred children on language trips annually with a team of over 50 people at their service.I joined the development team to ensure the CRM's evolution for managing all the files and to improve the sales funnel of the showcase website. The company is a leader in its sector and has helped hundreds of people over the last 10 years. Rental Investment has supported hundreds of clients in their investment journey each year, with a turnover of more than €500,000 in 2022.I joined the development team to contribute to the evolution of the company's internal CRM. During my 10-month mission, I had the opportunity to work on numerous aspects of the application. One of the most significant was reducing the loading time of certain KPI pages by four or five times.In addition to improving existing features, several functionalities were added:- SSO login (Facebook, Google, GitHub)- Internal mailing with Mailjet- Improvement of the internal search engine with Elasticsearch- Technical upgrade of the code (Symfony version 4)- KPI: formatting client data for sales

Home Hunter is a company that assists individuals and professionals in purchasing properties. Its goal is straightforward: to eliminate the friction points generated by the buying process. The company, with about ten employees, has been supporting its clients since 2020.During this mission, I had the opportunity to design and develop a client CRM specifically for real estate agents. Developed with the Symfony framework in a Docker environment, the application can handle a high traffic load.The goal of this application was to improve the efficiency of the group's real estate agents, so I integrated several features:- SMS sending system to prospects (Twilio).- Online payment solution with Stripe to manage real estate transactions.- Integration of Mailjet for managing the sending of transactional and marketing emails.- Configuration of RabbitMQ to make heavy tasks asynchronous.

France Victimes Nord Franche-Comté, a victim assistance association operating in the departments of Haute-Saône, Territoire de Belfort, and the Pays de Montbéliard in the Doubs department, has a mission to inform and support victims of criminal offenses throughout the judicial process and offers legal and/or psychological help.With an outdated website, the association needed a new site to expand its web presence. I was contacted by the director of the association to assist in this transition. During this short mission, the results were visible quite quickly, with a clear and simplified web presence.The website was created from scratch:- Writing of the specifications- Design of the mock-ups- Development of the site- Acceptance testing- Deployment
