Current-Currently leading development of our 345 Hudson Street Empire Building Challenge deep decarbonization retrofit. This retrofit project will prove out some of our decarbonization strategies utilizing Nordic principles. In combination with 555 Greenwich, we plan for the project to be a lighthouse for others within Hines, New York City and around the world-Other project involvement includes our 3 Bryant Park decarbonization roadmap and our South Station (Boston) decarb and sustainability strategies-Currently also developing 2330 Broadway, Hines' second assisted living/memory care development in New York City. Project in partnership with Welltower -East Region Leader on Hines Global ESG Taskforce with a focus on decarbonization initiatives
