Top of the day to you as you read this! I'm a well diversely skilled professional when it comes to the corporate world. I've been on the phones talking to customers, trained others how to provide world-class service, along with, how to navigate thru multiple systems and how to perform beyond expectations. I can sell anything which also allows me to teach an individual or group on new material because of how I can grasp their attention. Making a connection for the group to the material just like you would make a benefit relevant to a feature of something someone would buy is how you make training effective! Five years ago when I was with Bank of America I used to travel all across the country to train the new call centers' or vendor sites' associates on our processes and they're still up and running today. I've been working since 15 years old and have been in Corporate America for many different industries such as collections, customer services, service to sales, inbound sales, default loan modifications, credit cards, cable/internet/phone/home security and coaching/training for over 10 years.
