I have experience in prestige residential and commercial valuations, rental assessments, insurance assessments, subdivision and development valuations, motels, financial reporting as well as compensation assessments under the Public Works Act.I am available for consultancy advice on all property related matters. I am an active member of the Property Institute of New Zealand, serving as Vice President of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) and member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Management committee. I am also a trustee of the Valuers Education and Integrity Foundation, a charitable trust with the purpose of commissioning and advancing research and education in the field of real valuation.
