Benjamin D. Rust II ("Ben") founded the law offices of Ben Rust when he was inspired by an interest in transforming the old legal model into a new approach that better reflects the changed economy post-2008 recession. Mr. Rust supports business and individual clients from all backgrounds in both litigation and transactional matters. He is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. While in high school, he traveled to San Juan, Argentina for a cultural and language immersion program sponsored by Rotary International. Later in college, he majored in Spanish and Economics where he gained an appreciation for Spanish literature.Mr. Rust met his future wife, Carol, here in Orlando. Quickly, a romance flourished and Mr. Rust traveled to São Paulo, Brazil to learn the language and capture his future wife’s heart.Mr. Rust resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife and their new son, Luca Rust. He and his family are members at First Baptist Orlando where he serves in outreach to the Brazilian community.Mr. Rust is an avid golfer, outdoorsman, and enjoys riding his motorcycle.
