• Assist in planning and executing all game day elements and non-game day/off-site promotions• Attend events in the community to market the Ice Bears organization and promotions to prospective season ticket holders• Manage multiple office duties, as well as several projects that facilitate fan interaction for specific gameday related event• Provide game-day support for ticket resolution, customer service, and will call• Act as a customer service liaison on gamedays• Respond and investigate chargebacks related to the payment on invoices of single, group, and season tickets• Reconcile financial statements to ensure all transactions and adjustments are accounted for during a period• Analyze corporate partnership agreements to determine that all compensation and benefits are being properly recognized• Create and process invoices for season ticket sales, merchandise sales, and hockey operations purchases• Field inbound phone calls to the ticket sales office and answer questions pertaining to the all tickets offerings with the Ice Bears
