A passionate and innovative sales leader, I’m driven by an innate desire to motivate and build the skills within my team to ensure we have the best opportunities and processes to be successful in our work. Team culture and investment in upskilling are imperative to achieving ambitious sales targets, and I am particularly focused on developing a well-rounded team that is performing at its peak, both professionally and personally. In addition to working closely with the Waterlogic Australia MD and CFO to realise global targets and expectations, my responsibilities include people management, creating forward-thinking business strategies, reporting, system and performance analysis, as well as actively participating in the national leadership team. I am also responsible for executing on all streams of revenue and customer service/retention for Waterlogic Australia. Prior to joining Waterlogic, I was Head of Sales at The Entourage, Australia’s highest-ranked educational institution for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
