CurrentEnsuring information for defendant, victim, witness, and police department information is updated and accurate, including extracting CLETS (rap sheets) from the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Justice. Prepare and organize files in alphabetical and or numerical order for future arraignment calendars. Work one on one with Filing Deputy District Attorneys on Last Dayers, keeping constant communication between the Jail Facilities and the Court house. Assist the Federal Bureau of Investigations in preparing complaint records for storage by coding and sequencing data into the Records Tracking Managing System, while assuring the boxes contain tracking bar codes in order to be shipped correctly. Prepare and maintain calendar for District Attorney. Gather the daily afternoon calendar for court. Update files when returned upon from court. Type up Misdemeanor and Felony complaints after reviewed by a Filing Deputy District Attorney. Electronically file complaints to the court for approval. Run defendant, victim and witnesses criminal history information when requested by District Attorney. Run defendant registered weapons history when requested by District Attorney. Request discovery from court. Electronically file felony and misdemeanor violation of probation with the courts. Electronically file motions with the court and fax a copy for the defense. Subpoena victims and witnesses for jury trials and motions.
