I've been in manufacturing for over 20 years having spent time in automotive, chemical processing, aerospace, and medical device. My career has developed through a combination of hands-on field experiences and traditional education. The diversity of my background in both roles and industries is a strength that offers out-of-the-box thinking and a strong intuition for problem solving focusing on safety, business interests, and compliance to both industry and organizational standards. My personality as a DiSC 'Influencer' brings energy and unification to teams, encourages open discussions, provides resiliency, and has proven beneficial driving teams towards shared success. I currently hold a PMP certification but have also held CPIM (APICS) and STS (BCSP) certifications in the past.
